Chicago Bears (NFL) Walter Payton Center Modernization, Lake Forest, IL

SLA served as the design landscape architect for the modernization of the Walter Payton Center, the training facility designed specifically for the NFL Chicago Bears. Project components included a full size regulation NFL synthetic infi ll turf field and a two lane running track surrounding the field. SLA worked in a design-build situation with TLI Sports (Clearwater Florida), to design, construct, and install the synthetic turf system and running track.
